Therapy
In Group Play Therapy, the therapist guides the group process, often using structured activities and themes tailored to the group’s needs. At the same time, the therapist takes on a dual role: both directing and witnessing the group’s shared experience, travelling with the group through their therapeutic journey.
While individual play therapy is typically non-directive, group play therapy incorporates more structured activities, and the materials used are carefully selected by the therapist to support the group’s developmental and therapeutic goals.
